Accomplishments 2018 to Present 2025

  1. Built first ever brand new City Hall building
  2. Built 8 acre City Center Park ; repurposed Bus Barn and old high school gymnasium
  3. Major upgrade Church Street Park
  4. Approved 19 new Fireman positions and 10 new Police positions
  5. Increased public safety pay by 40% since 2018
  6. Worked to create zoning ordinances for creation of Town at Trilith
  7. Repaired/improved storm water drainage on Booker Avenue
  8. Funded downtown Alleyway project to be completed Nov. 2025
  9. Purchased 38 acres on Grady Ave. to develop a mixed use development
  10. Resurfaced/improved 30 miles of roads within city limits
  11. Revised/updated zoning ordinances to meet current municipal standards
  12. Established Downtown/Trilith Entertainment districts
  13. Helped to repurpose old City Hall ( 240 South Glynn )
  14. Added 7 shade structures and upgrading playground equipment at City Center Park
  15. Approved sidewalk repair program and path program for city
  16. Funded new 19 million waste water treatment plant to bring city to current compliances
